I am Yu Li Shein, a results-oriented entrepreneur and leader with over 12 years of global experience in business development, partnership cultivation, and market expansion. As Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Openfor.co, I have driven innovation by building a global platform that connects startups with critical resources, forging strategic partnerships, and enabling measurable growth across 20 countries with a community of over 10,000 members. In my role as Co-Director of the Founder Institute in Japan, Korea, and Taiwan, I successfully launched accelerator programs from scratch, transforming them into regional pillars of support for early-stage ventures. Over three years, I provided strategic guidance to more than 100 startups and contributed to the creation of 44 ventures, supported by a robust network of over 150 mentors and 50 partners that I cultivated to ensure founder success.​
