Our Story
WeWalk’s story started nearly a decade before its formation with a team dedicated to creating tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of communities with disabilities. After an auditory description system for movie theaters and an award-winning indoor navigation system, we rolled our sleeves up to tackle the challenge of modernizing the traditional white cane so that our community does not have to tackle any more challenges in this age of unprecedented speed and unlimited opportunity. The WeWALK team, inspired by a deep-rooted passion, is dedicated to revolutionizing the mobility experience for those with visual impairments. Fueled by their personal and professional journey through visual impairment, WeWALK’s cutting-edge technology stands as a testament to their unwavering commitment. We came a long way since our inception but we hope the way ahead is even longer.
