Ippei is a highly experienced corporate lawyer with deep expertise in cross-border transactions, including acquisitions, joint ventures, venture capital investments, and dispute resolution involving Japan. Before co-founding Kimura Takushima & Yamaguchi in 2011, he spent over a decade at TMI Associates, one of Japan’s top law firms. He is admitted to practice law both in Japan (as a Bengoshi) and in the State of New York, and his international perspective is shaped by seven years living and working in the U.K. and the U.S.
He is also one of the featured mentors of Founder Institute Japan Chapter, Korea Chapter, and Taiwan Chapter.
