About Remote Technical Support Intern Position

📌 Eligibility

  • Must have presentable LinkedIn Profile

  • Actively have joined and supported the Openfor.co/fellowship community activities


📌 Requirement

  • Strong Knowledge in coding responsive websites with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery, and other modern languages and libraries

  • Experience working with the above and other programming coding languages would be a plus

  • Experience with Wix would be a plus

  • Basic hands-on and working knowledge in remote workstation troubleshooting skills

  • Analytical and comfortable with databases

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Outstanding organizational and time management skill

  • Familiarity to work with G Suite, Zoom, Miro, etc

  • Have stable internet connection and computer


📌 Responsibility

  • Collaborate with Design/IT team to ensure high-quality implementation of the new features for the company’s website

  • Assisting with the continued development and maintenance of the company’s database

  • Maintain and troubleshoot technical issues related to our website

  • Test and evaluate new technologies and conduct research on them

  • Troubleshoot, guide, and help team members in software related issues

  • Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by your supervisor

📌 Duration and Time

  • 2 month long & 10 hours/weekly or 1 month-long & 20 hours/weekly

  • Working times are flexible

  • Daily and Weekly Meeting Times are fixed


📌 Education Status

  • Undergraduate/Graduated


📌 Salary

  • This is an unpaid internship, but there will be an evaluation process during this program. After the process, you will get hired as Paid Internship or full-time or part-time if you meet our company's certain requirements.
