Wrap up on the Amazing 2022 Journey of Openfor.co/fellowship!

We are thrilled to announce that we have been empowering youths around the globe with countless opportunities including Soft Skills, Digital Skills, and Professional Skills to apply in the workplace. Now, there are already a total of 143 members in our Openfor.co/fellowship International Community. A new year is now standing at the door with a bouquet of hopes and we believe that we will be supporting more youths and becoming a stronger community.

We are honored that we have been able to help youths to find Certainty in Uncertain Times since September 1st, 2020. During the period of over 2 years and 4 months, we have provided the Capsule Program, Career development training, scholarship, internship and job opportunities to energetic youths with diverse backgrounds from different countries through fellowship programs. Now, there are a total of 143 members in our Openfor.co/fellowship Community. In this blog, we will bring you along with our 2022 journey.

Out of 3100 applicants from 21 countries who applied to our Openfor.co/fellowship Programs, 143 applicants have been selected as our fellowship members. The Openfor.co/fellowship members have got the chance to join our exclusive programs, scholarships and other job opportunities. We have done 1 Remote Career Readiness Program, 4 Capsule Programs, 7 Internship Programs and more than 50 other series of webinars / mentoring / networking events by providing the following opportunities

Our fellowship community is quite diverse. They are coming from different universities, different backgrounds and different countries. They are joining for different reasons: some want to land an international career, some want an international network, some want to make a good impact through our community.

2. Our Fellowship Programs Successfully Done in 2022

Capsule Program 4th Batch

We recruited and deliver the capsule 4th batch program this year. Capsule Program is a 2-day remote program that you will find who you truly are through the following training. Check out more about the capsule program here

90 Youths from different backgrounds around the globe participated in our program. We carefully screened and selected the applicants so as not to miss any talented youths who meet our criteria. Around 35 members from Myanmar, Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore, Spain, and Nigeria were selected.

Specific Career Training Program

We initiated speciated career training programs Web Development and partnership training program this year. 93 youths from around the world applied and 18 members are enrolled in the training programs (9 members for Web Development and 9 people). We provide 5 weeks long training programs 2 weeks for basic international career readiness as a capsule program and another 3 weeks for specific career focus).

3. Events List that we have done in 2022

This year we have successfully held plenty of Knowledge sharing events to Inspire many youths!There are plenty of events that we have held throughout the year of 2022 with the purpose of exchanging knowledge and inspiring youths around the globe.
