Ant Capital Partners is a Tokyo private equity firm founded in 2000 as AntFactory Japan and renamed in 2008. Its shareholders are its management and employees, The Norinchukin Bank and Mitsui & Co. Principal Investments. The Buyout Investment Group takes majority stakes in mid-sized Japanese companies and joins their management. The Solution Investment Group buys shares from existing shareholders and buys fund interests. The firm also has a VC establishment office for Ant X Partners, a studio-style venture fund focused on AI.
