AQVC (AlphaQ Venture Capital) is a German asset manager for venture capital. It runs AQVC Capital, a fund of funds that backs VC funds rather than startups directly, and AQVC Raise, a service and technology platform that helps fund managers raise capital from LPs. It was announced in 2022 by founders including Stephan Heller, Marius Weber, Oliver Oster and Marcus Börner. AQVC Management GmbH is a registered alternative investment fund manager in Germany. Its fund is open to qualified and (semi-)professional investors only.
