The Asia Smart City Alliance (ASCA) is a platform for cities, governments, private companies, international institutions and academics working on smart city development in Asia. It was launched after the Yokohama Declaration adopted at the 4th Asia Smart City Conference. The City of Yokohama runs the ASCA Secretariat as part of its Y-PORT international technical cooperation programme. Members share knowledge and meet at the city's annual conference.

  • From 2026 it becomes the Asia-Pacific Circular City Forum (APCC-Forum)

  • Y-PORT Center is a public-private partnership office in Minato Mirai
