Global Startup Center (GSC) is a support campus for foreign entrepreneurs in Gangnam, Seoul. It is operated by Korea's Ministry of SMEs and Startups (MSS) and the Korea Institute of Startup & Entrepreneurship Development (KISED). It opened on July 31, 2024 at TIPS Town. The center gives foreign founders free coworking space, meeting rooms, mentoring, visa and incorporation support, and government-sponsored programs.

Education and mentoring for non-Korean founders seeking the Startup Visa (D-8-4) or Startup Preparation Visa (D-10-2).

Who it's for: Non-Korean nationals legally residing in Korea who plan a technology-based startup

  • OASIS stands for Overall Assistance for Startup Immigration System
  • OASIS-4: entrepreneurship education on taxation, labor law and corporate governance
  • OASIS-5: startup mentoring on business management and market entry

A dedicated workspace for global startups entering Korea and foreign entrepreneurs building ventures there.
