GOLDEN EGG Ventures is the venture capital arm of Egg Forward, a Tokyo consulting firm. The company was set up in January 2023 and runs GOLDEN EGG Fund No. 1, which closed at over 4 billion yen in March 2025. It backs startups that aim to solve social issues, from seed to mid-stage, mainly in Japan with some overseas deals. Alongside capital it gives management and organisation consulting, and it runs an incubation space, startup events and a CFO community.
