Industrial Technology Investment Corporation (ITIC) is a venture capital firm in Taipei, founded in 1979. It is the venture arm of Taiwan's Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI). It says it has invested over US$400 million worldwide. Besides its own capital it manages the Golden Asia Fund with MUCAP, the Digital Economy Fund, the Taiwan ITRI Entrepreneur Fund (TIEF) and three funds for Taiwan's National Development Fund. It invests at all stages in semiconductors, machinery, opto-electronics, biotech and automotive.

ITIC co-invests with other venture firms and runs funds jointly with partners such as MUCAP. Its CVC program connects enterprises with startups. It works with universities including the University of Tokyo and Carnegie Mellon; people in the Carnegie Mellon community can apply to an ITIC fund programme through CMU's Swartz Center.
