Kanaria Tech Inc. is a Tokyo robotics AI company founded in July 2022 by students at Ritsumeikan University. It builds KRM (Kanaria Robotic Model), a foundational AI system that gives mobile robots social navigation, self-learning and awareness of the people around them. Robotics companies use it through plug-and-play APIs to reach high-level autonomy (L4-L5). The company also develops its own robots, Wakko and Ria, and runs real-world trials with a city in Shiga Prefecture. It graduated from Founder Institute in 2023.
