NEOM Investment Fund (NIF) is the strategic investment arm of NEOM, the regional development in northwest Saudi Arabia. NEOM launched it in October 2023 as a wholly owned subsidiary. It invests globally through venture capital and M&A in technology companies that fit NEOM's 14 priority sectors, and it forms joint ventures with international companies and institutional investors. It also acts as portfolio manager for NEOM's sector assets and companies. Majid Mufti is its CEO.
