Omise is a payment company founded in 2013 by Jun Hasegawa. It launched in Thailand in 2015 and now operates in Thailand, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia and the United States. It offers online payment acceptance, embedded payments for platforms and banks, and professional services for enterprises. The group was called Omise Holdings, then SYNQA, then Opn; the parent was renamed OPN Holdings in January 2023. In March 2025 the company returned to the Omise name.
