Simsan Ventures is a venture capital firm headquartered in London with offices in Seoul and Dubai. It was started by brothers Sahil and Sagar Chopra together with Seunghwa Lee, who leads Simsan Ventures Korea. They met at Warwick Business School. The firm backs underrepresented founders and cross-border startups between Europe, the Middle East, India and Korea, from pre-seed to Series A. In Korea it holds an accelerator licence and runs the Simsan Innovation programme.

Simsan runs a scout programme and the Simsan Innovation accelerator in Korea. In July 2026 it signed an agreement with the Daejeon Creative Economy Innovation Center for joint startup discovery, mentoring and global expansion programmes.
