About
Dr. Mayank Singh is a healthtech founder serving as Co-founder & CEO at Impute Inc. He founded the company in Tokyo in October 2017 to develop digital therapeutics for autism spectrum disorder, including an AI-based app built on applied behavior analysis. Impute raised a Pre-Series A round led by Arco Partners and, in 2022, a 150 million yen Series A from i-nest capital. He is a co-author of a 2024 journal paper reporting interim results from a randomized controlled trial of the Impute ADT-1 app at AIIMS Rishikesh in India, and the company has also started clinical research with Japan's National Center for Child Health and Development. He is a mentor at Founder Institute. Mayank brings a founder perspective on building a digital health product, running clinical studies, and raising venture capital in Japan. The role provides direct exposure to how a medical app moves from development to clinical evidence, and to how investors assess a healthcare startup. Mayank is particularly relevant to conversations around digital therapeutics, clinical validation of health apps, healthtech product development, and startup funding in Japan.
