About

Min Myat Swan Pyae is a startup founder serving as Co-founder at Sabai Job, a blue-collar hiring platform started in Bangkok in early 2024. The platform connects employers in Thailand with workers in sectors such as hospitality, food and beverage, and construction, through a mobile app in Thai, Burmese and English, and much of its work is with Myanmar migrant workers. The company says it began with a Facebook page and a Google Form, shipped its first app in late 2024, and had more than 3,000 workers and 30 employers by early 2025. Swan also writes for the company blog, including a guide for small businesses on hiring in Thailand without a broker. Swan brings a founder's perspective on building a two-sided hiring marketplace, serving blue-collar and migrant workers, multilingual product design, and growing from a community group into an app. The role provides direct exposure to how small employers hire and how an early-stage platform builds trust with both workers and businesses. Swan is particularly relevant to conversations around blue-collar and migrant-worker hiring in Thailand, marketplace building, community-led growth, and early-stage product development in Southeast Asia.
