Sayyed Ahmad Masud is a startup program leader and mentor serving as Regional Director Pakistan at Founder Institute. He has helped lead the Founder Institute chapter in Islamabad since it launched in 2015, when he was listed as CEO of Change Mechanics, and he was one of its three co-directors when the second cohort graduated in 2017. A 2017 Founder Institute post named him as Managing Director of Channel 7 Communications. Founder Institute describes him as a former Google and IBM employee and names him as a leader of its Islamabad NIC Accelerator in 2026. He is also listed as a mentor for Founder Institute programs in Lahore and Japan. Sayyed brings a program-builder perspective on early-stage company building, accelerator structure, mentoring first-time founders, and growing a local startup community. The role provides direct exposure to how founders move from an idea to a launched company and where they tend to get stuck.
