Raphael Hodé is a designer, entrepreneur, and co-founder of nowthen, a design studio that helps ventures go from idea to scale. Prior to founding nowthen, he worked as a Lead Designer at Designit, a global strategic design firm, where he helped companies like Nissan, Yamaha, SonyBank, AXA, and ANA transform, innovate, and improve their customer experiences. His approach combines UX/UI design with human-centered principles, storytelling, systems thinking, and future thinking.

He is also one of the featured mentors of Founder Institute Japan Chapter, Korea Chapter, and Taiwan Chapter.
