✅ Eligibility Criteria:
- Early-stage startup - You must be an early-stage startup that has received outside equity funding (Series B or earlier).
- New to GitHub Enterprise and/or Advanced Security - You must be new to Enterprise or Advanced Security, or have not been on either plan in the past 6 months, and you should not have received credits for either plan.

What’s included in the GitHub for Startups offer?
All GitHub for Startups companies receive up to 20 seats of GitHub Enterprise for free for 12 months*. Additionally, those interested can also redeem 20 seats of Advanced Security for 12 months at 50% off. Who is eligible to apply?
Startups that meet the following criteria are eligible to apply for the GitHub for Startups program:Received outside equity funding (up to Series B)
New to GitHub Enterprise or Advanced Security, or have not been on either plan within the past 6 months, including not having received credits for either plan.
Must not have previously received credits for GitHub Enterprise or Advanced Security.

How can my organization become a GitHub for Startups partner?

Startup Program Terms & Conditions
Subscription Model: We do not support the pay-as-you-go billing model. By applying, you agree to switch to a subscription-based pricing model for the duration of your participation in the GitHub for Startups program.
Metered Add-ons: Metered product add-ons (like Copilot, larger runners, Codespaces, etc.) are not included in the program, and will be charged at standard rates.
Managed Users: Enterprise Accounts with managed users are not supported.
