The WeWork Referral Program is a simple way to earn rewards by referring people to WeWork. Follow these six easy steps:

Step 1: Go to https://wework.co.in/referrals

Step 2: Fill in your details and the information of the person you’re referring on the website.

Step 3: After submitting, you’ll get an email confirming that your referral has been successfully submitted.

Step 4: You will receive another email once the referral deal is finalised.

Step 6: If your referral is successful for a Private Office, you'll receive a monthly payment of 10% of the referred member's Net monthly membership fees for up to 12 months from their start date. If your referral is successful for All Access Plus, you'll receive a quarterly payment of 5% of the referred member's net monthly membership fees for up to 6 months or the initial commitment term agreement signed, whichever ends earlier.

The referrer can be from any city. However, the referral space requirement should be in one of the following cities:

• Bangalore

• Hyderabad

• Mumbai

• Pune

• Gurugram

• Noida

• Chennai

• Delhi

For each successful referral, the member and affiliate will earn 10% of the referred member's Net Monthly Membership Fee (NMMF - price after discounts) for up to 12 months on the initial agreement signed, whichever ends earlier.

If your referral is successful for All Access Plus, you'll receive a quarterly payment of 5% of the referred member's net monthly membership fees for up to six months or until the commitment term agreement signed ends, whichever comes first. Referral fee shall be disbursed on a quarterly basis, subject to verification that the Qualified Referral has remitted payment in full for all membership dues corresponding to their commitment term. The release of referral fees is expressly conditioned upon confirmation of the Qualified Referral's complete satisfaction of all financial obligations for the applicable period. Example calculation: For an All Access Membership agreement commencing May 1st with a 4-month term: May (full month): 5% of monthly fee June (full month): 5% of monthly fee July (full month): 5% of monthly fee August (full month): 5% of monthly fee Payout timing: As per the example, the accumulated referral fees for May, June, and July will be paid in July (after confirming payments). The referral fee for August will be paid in October (after confirming final payments).

You will be receiving payments in your bank account. To be eligible for this payment, once the deal is closed your WeWork point of contact will connect you with the relevant teams and have you onboarded on to the system. The referral fee will only be paid after the qualified referral has paid all outstanding dues. This will be monthly for Private Office referrals and quarterly for All Access Plus referrals.

For Private Office Referrals:

• The referral should be for a private office in a WeWork location in India

• Your referral must sign a membership agreement for Dedicated Space with WeWork no later than ninety (90) days from the date you submit the referral details

• Must not be current or previous members of WeWork

• Must not have previously contacted WeWork for a membership, attended a WeWork event, or otherwise been referred to WeWork in the ninety (90) days prior to your initial referral submission

• Must not be an entity of which the Referrer is an employee, partner, or owner of a controlling interest

• Must not be a subsidiary, affiliate, or entity related to Referrer or Referrer’s employer; or o an entity with the same parent entity as the Referrer, Referrer’s employer, or any affiliate or entity related to the Referrer or Referrer’s employer

For All Access Plus Referrals

• The referral should be for All Access Plus, limited to a home location within a WeWork India building.

• Must not be an active WeWork member in the past at any location globally, except for On-Demand services.

• Must not have previously contacted WeWork for a membership, attended a WeWork event, or otherwise been referred to WeWork in the ninety (90) days prior to your initial referral submission

• Must not be an entity of which the Referrer is an employee, partner, or owner of a controlling interest

• Must not be a subsidiary, affiliate, or entity related to the Referrer or Referrer’s employer, or an entity with the same parent entity as the Referrer, Referrer’s employer, or any affiliate or entity related to the Referrer or Referrer’s employer

You will receive the payment directly in your bank account- monthly for Private Office referrals and quarterly for All Access Plus referrals after the deal is finalized.

The referral fees and service fee payments are governed by separate agreements and cannot be offset against each other. The referral fee payment timelines and percentages are specifically determined and governed by the Referral Terms and Conditions, while Membership fee payments are separately governed under the Membership Agreement. Each payment obligation must be fulfilled independently according to its respective agreement terms.

Referrers will be paid the referral fee only as per the terms and conditions of the initial contract/membership agreement executed. No additional fees will be disbursed for any increase in value/desks taken up subsequently.

Your referral must not be an entity of which you are an employee, partner, or owner of a controlling interest.
