❓ How to Get Your Hardware Certified

  1. Apply at zoom.us/certified
  2. Complete the initial application with key stakeholders and product information
  3. Review and sign the Zoom Hardware Certification Agreement
  4. Review the Certification specification(s) and requirements for your product category
  5. Submit the Certification Checklist once ready to start the formal lab testing process
  6. Complete testing with the Zoom-approved third-party lab. This may require you to sign additional terms required by the testing lab and pay the testing fees.
  7. Once testing is complete, Zoom will notify the hardware partner of the certification status.
  8. Hardware partner continues to maintain compatibility with the applicable Zoom services.
