  At the beginning of each month, we'll manually review the sales volume of your previous month and then assign your commission tier for the current month:

Example:
10 sales this month will give you a 30% commission rate for the next month.
If you get 16 sales next month, your commission rate will be 35%.
The rate can always go up, but never go any lower than 25%.
