If you are a legitimate business with a website and wish to apply to become a technology partner, please fill out the Freshworks Partner Program sign-up form. Once submitted, your application will be reviewed, and you will be notified of your status after the assessment process.
How long does it take to get approval after applying?
The typical processing time may vary depending on the volume of applications and the complexity of the proposed integration. After the assessment, Freshworks will notify the partner about their status via email.
How can I progress from the registered to the authorized or premier tier?
To progress, meet the eligibility criteria for tier advancement, and maintain essential app and integration health. Also, align with Freshworks’ strategic objectives while showcasing strong business growth potential. Please note that tier progression evaluations occur periodically, based on integration performance and engagement levels.
How long does it take to get an integration listed in the Marketplace, and where can I track the progress?
Depending on the complexity of the solution offered, the integration can take anywhere from a few days to a month to get listed in the marketplace. App developers can track our 3-step (code, content, and QA) review process on the tool provided, where the status and other comments from our review team will be updated on time.
How to create and extend a developer account?
To start with app development, you need to create a trial account on the Freshworks website with one of the available plans. The duration of the trial plan can be extended for as long as the app development and maintenance go on. To extend your trial account, raise a request on our Assist portal. You can also mention obtaining a suitable plan to utilize most of the product features during app development.
