  • Entry into the Partner Transition Programme once readiness is assessed. This is a formal programme, lasts ~1 year, with several modules about the role and expectations of being a partner.
  • Undergoing a formal risk assessment to ensure a clean record.
  • Presenting your “partner case” to the Partner Admission Committee in late spring. This committee—senior leaders at Deloitte—makes the final decision.
