The Process from Investment to Exit
Miraidoa supports venture companies through a clear and structured investment process designed to maximize potential and long-term value.
Investment Flow
1. Approach
We engage with promising startups either through our own channels or introductions from our strong network of local governments, financial institutions, and business partners.
2. Examination
We conduct a comprehensive review aligned with our investment philosophy, typically over a three-month period.
This includes:
- Multiple interviews with the management team
- Review of business plans and financial documents
- Discussions with industry experts and stakeholders
- Internal reviews and investment committee evaluations
We place strong emphasis on the company’s growth potential, management quality, market scale, and sound business structure—especially for those aiming to go public.
3. Investment
Once approved, we formalize the investment with an agreement outlining fund usage and IPO goals (if applicable). Post-investment, we monitor fund utilization and business progress.
4. Support
Miraidoa offers hands-on support to help companies achieve their business plans and listing targets.
We assist with:
- Strategy development (management, finance, sales, HR)
- Corporate governance, budgeting, and disclosure systems
- Business partner introductions and network leveraging
- Regular visits and strategic meeting participation
5. Exit
We aim to exit investments upon achievement of agreed goals (e.g., IPO). If targets aren’t met within the fund period, we pursue exits through partners aligned with the company’s future vision.
