The Autism Therapy App will provide an original digital-therapeutic program for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), enabling them to improve their cognitive and social skills. This will lead to an increase in their functional independence, thus improving qtheir uality of life. After a thorough assessment of the child by using the Autism Therapy App, the app provides a comprehensive, personalized therapy program that matches the child’s needs. The child will then be guided through their sessions by an animated avatar of their choice. All of the data from the sessions will be stored within the app so that parents can keep track of their child’s progress. As the child progresses, the program will progress accordingly. If need be, you will be able to contact a human therapist through the Autism Therapy App to ask questions and receive support.

IMPUTE Inc. Announces Investment by i-nest capital to Accelerate Growth.

• IMPUTE, Inc., a Tokyo-based company, has announced a 150 million JPY (1.3 million USD) investment in its Series A funding by i-nest capital, a Tokyo-based venture capital firm.

IMPUTE has started clinical research on Autism therapy app for autism spectrum disorders at the National Center for Child Health and Development, Japan.

• Children aged between 18 months to 6 years who have been diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder or who are suspected of having autism spectrum disorder and are consulted with a counseling agency are eligible.

Digital medicine for ASD treatment

• Clinical trials will begin in March 2021, and the app's effectiveness will be verified while it undergoes repeated improvements. The aim is to submit an application for approval as a digital medicine in 2024, with the aim of receiving new drug approval.

IMPUTE was founded by Dr. Mayank Singh for the purpose of developing digital therapeutics for the autism spectrum disorder. The company is developing an application that uses AI technology and applied behavior analysis to treat and alleviate the symptoms of ASD. Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is an established intervention method to treat or alleviate ASD symptoms. IMPUTE will use the funds to expedite development of the app and for clinical trials.
