(1) After you registered, the Zoom link will be sent to your registered mail

(2) Mark the date in your note or calendar to remind you not to forget joining the event

(3) Please Join with the camera opened and full name. For Just in case of an unstable connection of being unable to camera on, make sure to upload your photo in Zoom Profile

(4) We would like to request you to enter the Zoom Meeting at 4:00 PM MMT(6:30 PM JST) sharp or earlier. We will start to open the zoom before 15mins prior to the event.
