Serkan Toso, originally from Turkey, moved to Japan to pursue a master’s degree in eBusiness management. Inspired by the challenges non-natives face in accessing traditional Japanese dining experiences, he co-founded byFood, a platform that connects food lovers with unique culinary experiences across Japan. ByFood also integrates charitable contributions with each booking, fostering a deeper connection between food, culture, and community support.
