We are honored that we have been able to help youths to find Certainty in Uncertain Times since September 1st, 2020. During the period of over one year and three months, we have provided Capsule Program, Career development training and scholarship opportunities to energetic youths from different countries with diverse backgrounds through fellowship programs. Now, there are a total of 127 members in our Openfor.co/fellowship Community. In this blog, we will summarize and share with you what we have done so far during this one-year journey.

Our fellowship community is quite diverse. They are coming from different universities, different backgrounds and different countries. They are joining for different reasons: some want to land an international career, some want an international network, some want to make a good impact through our community.

Capsule Program
Capsule Program is a 2-days remote program that youth can find who they truly are through the following training.

International Working Environment (Challenging Task Assignments, English Speaking)
Team Work (Case Competition)
Presentation Skill
Networking with diverse background youths from different countries
Mentorship Career Advices from Openfor.co founders Erdinc Ekinci & Yu Li Shein
All of the participants will build a community and also a friendship with each other including organizers, team members and founders of Openfor.co/fellowship. The capsule program is a warm and cheerful program that all of the young people need!
After landing on this program, participants will be more visible on the thoughts, ideas and perspectives of all the youths who are chasing their dreams. Their networking community will get broader and they will get used to the advanced digital tools. They will feel confident in making, building and planning business reports, entrepreneurship, and their own business.
After they finish all training successfully and are selected as a finalist, you will become the openfor.co fellowship community member that will unlock you to be able to apply to other openfor.co/fellowship programs, scholarship, internship and job opportunities.
But it is free as a scholarship for selected members only.
Career Readiness Program
For members who do not get selected as a scholar member for Capsule Program, you can join a 4-days Career Readiness paid program. Career readiness program covers the following. You do not need to wait to get selected. We are going to launch soon.
Digital tools training including international business tools such as G-Suite, Miro, Soapbox, Discord, Canva, etc.
Mentorship and Training from international experienced mentors
Personal Branding and One-to-One Mentorship about LinkedIn Profile Building, Interview tips, and tricks and Career Advice.
Experience Sharing Program
Networking with youths and experienced professionals from different countries
Knowledge about business fields and ideating strategy from Group Projects and Competitions (Case competition, Business Modeling Competition, Self-introduction Video Presentation, etc,...)
About Entrepreneurship, we have not launched yet. We are on the way to launch it. Therefore, please keep in touch. After you joined either of the programs, you will become fellowship community members and can join internship programs and get offered job opportunities from openfor.co and openfor.co partner networks.
