We are excited to receive a lot of interest in our Openfor.co/fellowship program which is a community supporting the career development of young talents. Since we started in September 2020, we have provided: 141 fellowship community members, 68 internships, 68 capsule program members, 40 CRP members and 15 job Opportunities.

1. What is Openfor.co/fellowship Community?
Openfor.co/fellowship is the International Remote Career, Entrepreneurship Development Community and part of the United States-based company Openfor.co Inc.
With the objectives to help young undergraduates and fresh graduates, who do not have any working experiences, we are implementing the remote internship and other career development training programs. We have provided career development training and internship opportunities to 96 youths from different countries with diverse backgrounds through intensive training and real-life remote working environments.
2. How did we start Openfor.co/fellowship?
Getting an internship or a working opportunity in an international working environment at a young age was one of the biggest desires of both of the founders Erdinc Ekinci and Yu Li Shein.
They always wanted to join a program that could cultivate an international working culture, where we could learn, get mentorship, and kickstart their career paths. They didn't get such opportunities when they were young. They want to give the opportunities to the youths that they did not have when they were young.
Besides that, many youths especially from developing countries have very little access to international programs, internships and job opportunities. Moreover, most of the jobs are demanding for people with working experiences.
Founders have been willing to give an internship or a working opportunity to the young fellows to fill the gaps. The opportunities can be both at Openfor.co or at other international companies.
All of these reasons encouraged them to create the Openfor.co/fellowship community for youths
3. Who are the founders of Openfor.co/fellowship?
We would like to introduce Erdinc and Yuli , founders of Openfor.co, Inc. and Openfor.co/fellowship community.
They are passionate about helping businesses grow through partnerships. They also love to support talented youths all around the world. The two astounding, affectionate and courageous mates put their effort, planned and performed together to build this openfor.co/fellowship community.

10+ years of professional and entrepreneurial experience in management consulting and business development. Erdinc was born and raised in the startup ecosystem. He is from Istanbul, Turkey. He has been into entrepreneurship by building relationships, making friends and playing a wingman role in the business life from his teenage time.

4. How to become a fellow?
Openfor.co/fellowship community is running multiple programs as follows: We will explain more details for each program in the following FAQ sessions
Capsule Program
Career Readiness Program
Specific Career Training Program ( IT , Partnership, etc)
Entrepreneurship Program
To become openfor.co/fellowship community fellow members, you have to join the first 2-days “Capsule Program”. After you pass this training and are selected as a finalist, you will be able to join other programs that were mentioned above and be able to apply for internships, scholarship opportunities , job recruitment from openfor.co and other partners' companies and so on.

5. What is the Capsule Program?
Capsule Program is a 2-days remote program that you will find who you truly are through the following training:
✅ International Standard Remote working tools (Miro, Zoom, Discord, Soapbox, Google Suite, etc)
✅ International Working Environment (Challenging Task Assignments, English Speaking)
✅ Team Work (Case Competition)
✅ Presentation Skill
✅ Networking with diverse background youths from different countries
✅ Mentorship Career Advices from Openfor.co founders Erdinc Ekinci & Yu Li Shein
All of the participants will build a community and also a friendship with each other including organisers, team members and founders of Openfor.co/fellowship. The capsule program is a warm and cheerful program that all of the young people need!
After landing on this program, you will be more visible on the thoughts, ideas and perspectives of all the youths who are chasing their dreams just like you. Your networking community will get broader and you will get used to the advanced digital tools. You will feel confident in making, building and planning business reports, entrepreneurship, and your own business.
After you finish all training successfully and are selected as a finalist, you will become the openfor.co fellowship community member that will unlock you to be able to apply to other openfor.co/fellowship programs, scholarship, internship and job opportunities.

6. What is Career Readiness Program?
It’s a 2-week program which includes intensive training for both fresh graduates and undergraduates, especially for the youths who are lacking in experience and candidates who have less chance of getting selected for the job or programs that they are applying for.

7. What is the Internship Program?
Our internship program is 1-month or 2-months long intense remote career bootstrapping program in an international working environment with pretty much flexible working time.

Within a month or two months based on your availability, you must complete the assignments of your assigned team in a timely manner within the allotted time. You can have development training during that time. From working as an intern at Openfor.co, you will get in the habit of getting things done on time and also using the new software which is important in Business as well.
After working as an intern, you will be able to see more of the ideas and perspectives. Your network connection community will expand and have the experience of using more advanced digital devices. Because of preparing business reports; construction and planning, you will feel confident in entrepreneurship and in your own business.
To join the internship program, you must be our community member first. You can be our community member by finishing the Capsule Program. We’re planning to launch the Capsule Program 5th batch very soon and the 7th batch internship program is on the way too! So stay tuned.
